The seller was very communicative during the pre-order process, providing plenty of details. The caveat is with the figure itself: the weight of the hair caused a crack in the neck, which could lead to further damage or the head breaking off. This is not an issue with the seller. I recommend displaying it with the hair stand to avoid stressing the neck. The figure is well-made, and I highly recommend this seller.
